Weddings abroad

We can help you organize your holiday in any country in the world. I want you to note that we are not a travel agency and will not offer you ready made tour packages that include flights, transfers and accommodation. We offer, for those who say live in Spain and want to organize a wedding in Italy or for those who live in England and want to organize a wedding in Spain, France, Italy etc.

We are doing individual events and private tours – if you suddenly decide to get married on some island and invite guests- that is when we will be happy to help. We choose a convenient flight, your preferred hotel, arrange a wedding ceremony and gala dinner with the artists, fireworks and entertainment program. We engage a professional photographer, the florist, order the wedding cake and so on and so forth.

I, myself travel a lot, so I can recommend you a particular villa, hotel or country not just based on a booklet or Internet but I can share my personal experiences too. In our portfolio and countries description you can see some of the places where we have actually been in person.

The mistake of many people is that if they want to organize a holiday abroad they go to a travel agency- to professionals in ticketing, visas and hotel reservations but they forget that those are not the experts in the event planning and the creators of this memorable occasion. In order not to lose customers they’ll never refuse anything and will promise everything. And then you get a great (or not so great, depending on the agency) organized guided tour or excursion, standardized for all. So how is this special?

Moreover, all that you are able to book through the travel agency, if it is a wedding for example, are tickets, visas, tours, accommodation and transfers. And that is all. No special programme and no surprises (free champagne in the room does not count!)

And what if you want to share this special, joyful day with your closest friends and relatives? If you want to arrange a banquet, entertainment program, fireworks and other things? If you want, after all, not to celebrate in the hotel with other tourists from all over the world, but somewhere in discreet private villa? In this case a standard travel agency would not be a competent planner. It would be like if you will ask a manager of your chosen restaurant to organize your dream event ....you can imagine how it could turn out to be!

If you want a truly unique event, a wedding not like everyone else’s; a beautiful, individual and unconventional experience that will be talked about, then engage experienced professionals. I recommend that you first choose a wedding planning agency and trust them to craft your wedding. Of course a travel agent will need to be involved to ensure precision with the processing and filling in the required documents. No creativity needed from them.

Note that to organize a celebration in another country will usually take longer so please allow a little more time to prepare. The average preparation time is 6 months.
