Corporate events – parties and other social events

Once again I want to stress that our main position and focus is a unique, customized approach to any celebration. It does not matter what the holiday occasion is, we focus on customers who are tired of ordinary parties.

If every year you celebrate the New Year or the Company Anniversary in the same place with the same scenario (except maybe a change of invited “pop celebrities”) do you not think that the employees perceive this not as a memorable occasion but as an ordinary party where they usually only eat and drink to hell’s bent and talk to people they see every day at work?

Unfortunately this is often the case – I myself used to work in big companies where all corporate parties were alike...I vaguely remember the parties but nothing exciting happened.

The same applies to parties that are organized almost weekly here in Costa del Sol. I specifically went for a year to the most important and widely advertised events in Marbella.

Organized for Russians or foreigners they all, alas, had the same features - lack of attention to the guests who often did not understand what was happening or what to do; an illogical programme with the party starting with a vivid entertainment performance rather suitible for dancing, but not for appetizers; weak overall control when the organizer by the middle of the event having had enough to drink and socialising with friends instead of controlling and quickly adjusting minor faults such as slowness of program and service or say lack of energy at the venue.

The consequence is a party, which does not have a clearly defined beginning or end. And whose guests cannot turn to anyone for help as sometimes even the waiters have no briefing. And no one is steering the boat but it is just bobbing, lost on the water. This is only an overview and I’m not talking about the competence of the hosts or artists but a lack of general planning and attention to detail.
