Our team

Looks like it’s high time to tell you a little bit about us - about people called team. The team, we are proud of, the team which has been together for over a year creating these wonderful holidays!

So, get acquainted:

Marina Grishko
33 years old, married with a daughter of 3 years old. Fluent in English. Graduated from the Academy of Public Administration majoring in Management. Before becoming the Head of the Studio, Marina worked over 5 years in the field of perfumery and cosmetics and 3 years in the fashion and clothing industry. She hasn’t got a diploma of GITIS, the most famous Russian Theatre Art Higher Institution, or a diploma of any other creative institutions (this is one of the frequently asked questions) – Marina writes her scenarios following her inspiration (usually at night) and she can not say who and where taught her this art. She is the chief inspirer and creator of the studio. She always meets the clients herself, presents the possibilities of the studio and the Studio’s approach to the arrangement of the holidays; she decides who to work with and controls the contractors. She is responsible for all the scenarios and creative part, as well as all the financial matters – the budget, the promotion and the development of the studio.
Lala Askerova
35 years old, married. Fluent in English, she is currently learning Italian. Lala graduated from Moscow State University (Chemistry Department) and lived in Cyprus for 1,5 years. She is my right hand, a colleague and a great assistant. She is responsible for all clients and contractors. She is able to go to the end of the earth to get something that pretends not to exist. She has watched each and every (no exaggeration!!!) existing movie and she remembers their plots – she has a fantastic memory, and she always knows everything on earth! She is reliable and intelligent, independent and organized, Lala keeps her word and she is always there when you need someone to listen and to understand you. In one word Lala is one of those people who are called irreplaceable! 5 years with the Studio!
Laura Kikeeva
Laura, our manager, is a quick-learner. She is fully responsible for the weddings. I can say that Laura is my left hand - a bright, competent and extremely positive (it is impossible to make her lose her temper), initiative and decent person. I have known her for many, many years – we have worked together in "JamilCo.” company. I have "put an eye on her" since then, watching her career and quietly involving her in my business. She "surrendered" after the wedding of her friend, which we organized in Budapest, and joined us as a team member. The fact that makes all of us very happy!
Galina
Our representative in Italy. I have known Gala for a very long time, we have started a new life in different places almost simultaneously. She started hers in Italy, Liguria, and then moved to live and work in Milan. For a long time she helped us communicate with lazy Italians who do not know English, but now she meets the pairs and holds the events herself. I would like to stress that we organize the weddings on our own without the help of local agencies, so Gala is always in touch with our contractors, thus helping us a lot to save your money.

I have never met a more attentive, caring, sincere, honest, warm, comfortable and hardworking person. She never complains (even when it is very hard), she is always ready to help and she does not leave any request without her attention. We are very lucky to have her with us! And by the way, she is not married :)
